We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team at Affinity Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Learning Disability and Autism Practitioner, supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives.

As a Senior Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practitioner, you will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to PBS practitioners, ensuring effective implementation of PBS plans.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner accreditation - BTEC level 4 or equivalent - covering clinical, theoretical and practice elements.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the area are essential requirements for this position.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to a vehicle, health cash plans, pension scheme, and life assurance.
