Job Description

We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Property Manager to join our East Oxford office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and outgoing administrator to progress their career in a client-focused role.

As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing designated groups of clients with property management services, encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings accounts.
  • Dealing with enquiries and ensuring they are handled efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.
  • Following procedures and process maps to ensure key time scales are met.
  • Investigating and resolving queries and problems, advising and recommending courses of action on property issues.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken.
  • Developing and building strong relationships with key clients and treating them as individuals.
  • Liaising and negotiating between landlords and tenants.
  • Ensuring that all relevant parties are kept informed and up-to-date with progress, particularly in relation to client issues and complaints.
  • Managing expectations and following up on all queries.
  • Taking appropriate action to pre-empt complaints and investigating and resolving complaints.
  • Promoting additional services and meeting third-party referral targets.
  • Developing and applying an understanding of legal requirements.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience.
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Displaying high standards of service and presentation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Holding a full driving license, having your own car, and being insured for business use.
