At beBee Professionals, we are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support for our team in the City of Westminster. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.

About the Role
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual leave package, pension scheme, health benefits, opportunities for career growth and development, and a friendly and supportive office environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, manage office filing systems and databases, assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, and support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
