NHS Maternity Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Maternity Care Assistant to join our Community Midwifery team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to women and babies.
The role of the Maternity Care Assistant involves supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe care to women and their families in various settings throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period. You will work closely with registered midwives to provide personal care, information, and advice on self-care, infant care, and health promotion.
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
