We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Align Property Services. Our company is a leading building design consultancy in the North of England, providing a range of services including architecture, sustainability, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide a variety of building surveying services, including building pathology, design, and contract administration.
  • To work autonomously to produce plans, sections, and detail drawings for construction using the latest technology.
  • To coordinate deliverables and work collaboratively with other disciplines, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
  • To carry out site visits, attend meetings, and conduct inspections and surveys as required.
Requirements
  • A RICS accredited Building Surveying degree with significant post-graduate experience of working as a Building Surveyor.
  • Ability to produce schedules of work and specifications using NBS software and other documentation.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel when required.
