About the Role:

  • Manage a large portfolio of operational offices, schools, industrial units, private residential, and commercial holdings.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver property and estate management functions, embedding the corporate landlord model within the team.
  • Lead and coordinate property transactions, tenant engagement, workload management, and allocated portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • Hold full RICS qualification and membership (MRICS) and relevant experience within property or estate management.
  • Demonstrate sound technical ability and experience in managing property portfolios, including commercial, operational, and land assets.
