Job Summary
Adecco UK Limited is recruiting a skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team in Northallerton. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring that their ICT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This is a 6-month temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will work Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, with flexible working hours available. Please note that experience working in an ICT service desk function is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and self-service platforms, responding to enquiries and resolving issues related to ICT equipment, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Manage and categorize ICT service management cases according to service level agreements and report data to ensure quality content for the wider ICT organization.
  • Collaborate with the Service Support Team to develop and implement the Service Delivery strategy and roadmap, aligning with the strategies of the OPFCC, NYP, NYFRS, and Enable NY.

Requirements
  • You must be educated to higher education level in a relevant discipline or have demonstrated experience working in an ICT service desk function within a busy multidisciplinary ICT service.
  • You should possess a good understanding of incident and request fulfillment processes, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to form effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Adecco UK Limited and gain valuable experience in the field of ICT service desk operations.
