About the Role

We are seeking an IT Service Resolution Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving ICT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees via phone, in person, and self-service platforms.

CASE MANAGEMENT: Raise and manage ICT service management cases, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service desk activities meet business needs and goals.

PRESSING PERFORMANCE METRICS: Meet performance standards for incident management and request fulfillment.

Requirements and Benefits

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
