Broadacres Housing is committed to delivering high-quality refurbished properties for our customers. We are seeking a Strategic Refurbishment Director to lead our empty homes team and drive improvements in our service.

About the Role: As a key member of our management team, you will provide strategic direction to ensure empty homes are refurbished to high standards and ready for our customers in a timely manner. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all elements of empty homes performance, ensuring regulatory and legislative responsibilities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the empty home service area to ensure teams deliver a high-quality value for money service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and drive change in our empty homes service
  • Manage budgets to ensure value for money and maintain compliance with H&S requirements, internal processes, and legislative requirements

Requirements: We are looking for a highly experienced leader with expertise in property services, maintenance, or development environments. Strong data analysis skills, knowledge of property maintenance, excellent communication skills, budget management experience, and organisational skills are essential. A collaborative approach and ability to analyse problems, assess solutions, and reach sound decisions are also required.
