About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Academic Director who can lead our team with confidence and vision. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing senior staff, promoting professional growth and development, and driving performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor senior management team members to ensure they are equipped to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Analyse performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic direction, ensuring that our company remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of best practices within an organisation.
