Property Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Property Law Specialist to join our team at Michael Page Legal. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of property and housing law and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to property and housing law.
  • Conducting training sessions for internal stakeholders on property and housing law.
  • Providing expert advice on property and housing law to external clients.
  • Managing relationships with panel solicitors to ensure value for money.
  • Maintaining records of land ownership and deeds.
About the Organisation

The successful candidate will be joining a leading housing association in North Yorkshire. This organisation is committed to sustainability and has achieved the Carbon Literate Organisation bronze award.

Requirements
  • A qualified lawyer with experience in property and housing law.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also provides a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
