Merchant Operations Partnering Lead

As a Merchant Operations Partnering Lead at GoCardless, you will play a critical role in driving collaboration across various teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless information flow between teams.
- Lead cross-departmental projects and activities, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
- Ensure the Merchant Operations Group has a clear and effective communication strategy.
- Support the coordination of functional meetings, activities, and projects for the Risk and Operations functions.
- Provide support and leverage for the COO and Merchant Ops senior leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar fast-paced tech environment with a background in business and operational analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with various teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
- Project management skills to handle timelines, trade-offs, and prioritization.
- Ability to find pragmatic solutions using data-driven decision making.
