Head of Merchant Operations Partnering Specialist

As a key member of the GoCardless team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's risk management and operations strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business and operational analysis, with experience in managing risk and operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate fraud, credit, and financial crime risk
- Lead cross-departmental projects and activities, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Support the coordination of functional meetings, activities, and projects for the Risk and Operations functions
- Work closely with the Merchant Operations Group leadership to provide input and alignment on business cases, group planning, and roadmapping
- Proven experience in risk management and operations in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find pragmatic solutions using data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate outcomes and drive results
- Project management skills, with experience handling timelines, trade-offs, and prioritization
