As a Manager within Merchant Care, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and enhancing the performance of our global Level 2 team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills and performance.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating ongoing development opportunities.
- Utilizing data and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a distributed team within a technical field. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, along with written and spoken fluency in English.
