About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Initiate International. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional value to our top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio merchants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to enhance the in-life experience for valued merchants.
  • Develop and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant information and project documentation to support business continuity.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with portfolio merchants, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance to support their business objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partners, addressing challenges related to local payments, settlements, payment marketing, and customer success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end processes and delivering revenue growth.
  • A self-motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail and a customer-first mentality.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure in fast-paced settings.
  • Proven experience in managing both external and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with payments, mobile technologies, e-commerce, website development, and digital innovations is highly preferred.
