Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5 Community Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with mental health needs and helping them to access the care and services they require.
Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our clinical and medical staff to provide comprehensive care and support, enabling patients to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Support patients with daily living tasks, such as medication management and personal care
- Assist with assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in healthcare or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices
