Care Assistant Position:
Cinox Healthcare seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Care Assistant to join its team. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services to our clients in various settings. Key responsibilities include providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using mobility aids, as well as contributing to maintaining a clean and organized living environment. Observing and reporting any significant changes in clients' health or wellbeing to our team members is also crucial.

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you should possess a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is valuable but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. Candidates are expected to demonstrate flexibility in their working hours, which may include evening, weekend, or holiday shifts. A valid driving license is preferred. Finally, all selected candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Compensation includes a competitive salary of £21,800 per year, coupled with benefits such as pension plan, on-site parking, and a referral scheme.
