Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Care Support Worker to join our team at CountryCourt in Dorchester. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to residents with a focus on their emotional well-being and social needs.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
- Aid residents during meal times and engage with them on a personal level, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Maintain and develop resident care plans to ensure their needs are met, working closely with the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to work effectively as part of a team, fostering strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations, with a strong understanding of people with dementia and other complex needs.
- Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role.
- A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual pay reviews and pension contributions.
- 28 days holiday (FTE) including bank holidays, providing you with time to relax and recharge.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, based on average salaries in the UK for a similar position in Dorchester.
