Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Rooms Manager to lead our Reservations & Groups team, maximizing room revenue, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Reservations & Groups team, driving productivity and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee booking accuracy, implement quality standards, and drive process improvements.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service, handle guest requests, and drive repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Opera knowledge
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Good organizational and administration skills
