Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Executive Rooms Manager to lead our Reservations & Groups team, maximizing room revenue, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Reservations & Groups team, driving productivity and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee booking accuracy, implement quality standards, and drive process improvements.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service, handle guest requests, and drive repeat business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Opera knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Good organizational and administration skills
