About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Supervisor to join our team at AccorHotel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing room sales and inventory, ensuring seamless execution of group reservations, and driving commercial initiatives to fill rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all reservations, including phone and email inquiries.
  • Manage group reservations and related contracts, including rooming lists and block washing.
  • Balance hotel inventory across properties to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Drive commercial initiatives to fill rooms through direct and indirect channels.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
What We Offer
