Merchandising and Inventory Specialist Job Description

The Retail Partnership Ltd is seeking a Merchandising and Inventory Specialist to support our merchandising team with managing inventory and listing products on multiple marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock deliveries and highlight delays to the team.
  • Accurately create and maintain product listings across various marketplaces.
  • Communicate with the studio team to ensure necessary assets are available.
  • Support the Merchandiser with sales order management and replenishment stock orders.
  • Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using e-commerce platforms - Mirakl, Shopify
  • Experience using SAP
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
