We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Operations Specialist to join our Outlets team, who will be responsible for building collections, assisting regional teams with buying, and collaborating with sourcing, inventory, and planning to enhance operations and inventory controls.

Estimated Salary:

£58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate better prices and delivery terms.
  • Fulfillment Services: Coordinating logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensuring visual displays and store layouts are appealing and effective.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in merchandise operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
