Merchandise Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Merchandise Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Shepherd's Bush. As a key member of our merchandising and administration department, you will be responsible for coordinating product flow, collaborating with trade and transport teams, and managing product visibility on the website.
The successful candidate will have advanced Excel knowledge and experience working effectively in a team, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a competitive role offering a salary of £42,000 per annum, with opportunities to shape the future of fashion.
Key Responsibilities
This exciting opportunity involves ensuring smooth product flow by coordinating early stock deliveries, collaborating with Trade and Transport to understand shipping terms and customs requirements, monitoring weekly returns analysis reports, negotiating discounts, cancellations, and returns for late deliveries, and managing product visibility on the website, including badges for out-of-stock products.
Key responsibilities include preparing weekly reports highlighting key findings for the department's performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
