As a Merchandising Specialist at Brand Momentum, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail decision-makers. This involves organizing retail store calls, selling and merchandising Client brands, and monitoring inventory levels.

You will also enter data into the BMI 360 platform, provide regular feedback to the Regional Lead, and participate in regional and national meetings. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a similar sales service environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with strong negotiation and influencing abilities, customer focus, and excellent organizational skills. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
