Job Title: Motorcycle Merchandise Specialist

Belstaff is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Merchandise Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Collection Merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth through effective product strategy and range planning.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has experience in junior/senior assistant merchandiser roles and has a passion for motorcycles and the community. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of competitors within the motorcycle market and strong range building techniques and product life cycle management.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a motorcycle collection with products capable of achieving channel and region sales plans
  • Conducting regular analysis of product opportunities based on historical data and industry insights
  • Creating seasonal merchandising plans by category, number of styles/options, mix, and sales targets units/value
  • Supporting the team to keep line details populated with the most up-to-date information
Requirements
  • Experience at Junior/Senior Assistant Merchandiser level
  • Possession of knowledge of competitors within the motorcycle market
  • Strong range building techniques and product life cycle management skills
  • High levels of numeracy and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
