Job Overview

ASOS.com is seeking a seasoned Merchandise Specialist to play a critical role in driving the success of our Merchandising team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in merchandising, with a proven track record of developing effective strategies, managing stock requirements, and analysing department performance to inform decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and the ability to drive change within the business. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercially successful outcomes.

Our estimated salary for this position is £57,750 - £69,375 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement short-term and long-term department strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Analyse department performance to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Work closely with Buyers to ensure a commercial range is offered to the customer, aligned with ASOS' strategy.

Manage the intake and OTB to deliver the stock requirements of the business, ensuring efficient supply chain management.

Develop and build strong relationships with brands, creating comprehensive trading plans and joint strategies.

Provide timely and accurate data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
