Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising and Operations Specialist to join our team in EMEI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, driving the outlet business, and providing support to the merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Oversee daily replenishment to stores, model stocks evolution, and perform regular analysis of product assortment across stores.
  • Outlet Business Management: Assist on WSSI management, elaborate outlet assortment, allocate products, and manage stock level inventories and replenishment based on sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly permanent business reports, elaborate outlet and F&F reports, and perform Outlet visits to gather inputs on business trends.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Degree in a business-oriented subject, minimum 2 years' experience in planning or merchandising, strong Excel and presentation skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptable, flexible, effective time management skills, strong communication skills, motivated, and committed with a 'can do' positive attitude.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development and growth.
