Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Visual Merchandising Strategy: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's image and marketing goals.
  • Store Display Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-store displays, ensuring they are attractive, functional, and up-to-date with current promotions and seasonal themes.
  • Team Coordination: Meet weekly with the Retail Design team and update the counter master plan whenever there is a new store launch.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock for displays.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our visual merchandising strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in analysing the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts through sales data and customer feedback. Provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Creative and Artistic Abilities: Strong ability to create visually appealing displays and presentations.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Visual Merchandising Software: Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools to manage and maintain displays.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
