Merchandise Planning Specialist

Overview: GANT US is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Planning Specialist to join our Merchandising team. As a key member of our planning process, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing inventory levels, and developing product plans to drive business success.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and manage product plans, including assortment and pricing strategies, to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product planning and execution.
- Manage inventory levels and monitor product movement to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless product delivery and quality control.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of product performance, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product merchandising or a related field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
