About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Revenue Strategies: Create and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue, taking into account market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Produce accurate forecasts and budgets to predict demand and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Yield Management: Utilize yield management techniques to create demand and sell the right room to the right customer at the right price, optimizing revenue and occupancy.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and interpret financial and performance reports to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies, providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Distribution Channel Optimization: Optimize the use of different distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, GDS, etc.) to maximize revenue and identify new platforms to work with.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners to understand performance and market insights, working closely with marketing, ecommerce, and digital teams to drive direct business and elevate reputation.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in hospitality revenue management, ideally in a dual-site role.
  • Technical Skills: Technically proficient with hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Inquisitive, logical, and objective, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of revenue management, with a strong understanding of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, determined, driven, and inspired to achieve challenging targets, with a willingness to travel and work in a home-based role.
