At Post Modern, we're seeking a skilled Hotel Revenue Executive to drive revenue growth and optimize yield for our luxury hotels. As a key member of our revenue team, you'll work closely with our Group Revenue Director to develop and implement revenue strategies that maximize revenue, profit, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute yield strategies to drive transient and group revenue
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Ecommerce, and digital teams to drive direct business and understand market insights
  • Work closely with key distribution partners to understand performance and market trends
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of revenue management strategies on overall profitability
  • Utilize advanced RMS and data analytics tools to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth

Requirements:
  • Technically proficient with hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office products
  • Home-based role with willingness and ability to travel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
