As a key member of our Post Modern team, the Cluster Revenue Manager will drive revenue growth and optimize yield for our luxury hotels. Reporting to the Group Revenue Director, you will develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and market share across rooms, spa, and food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Group Revenue Director to develop and implement yield strategies
  • Analyze market demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory controls
  • Track key performance indicators such as MPI, ARI, and RGI
  • Generate and interpret financial and performance reports to assess revenue strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners
  • Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and digital teams to drive direct business
  • Leverage advanced Revenue Management Systems and data analytics tools to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency with hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office
  • Home-based role with willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
