Job Title: Cluster Revenue Manager

At Iconic Luxury Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement yield management techniques to create demand and sell the right room to the right customer at the right price.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Study market demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory controls.
  • Track key performance indicators such as MPI, ARI & RGI.
  • Generate and interpret financial and performance reports to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in hospitality revenue management ideally in a dual site role.
  • Technically proficient with hospitality systems Property Management Systems preferably Opera Cloud, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers and Microsoft Office product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Inquisitive, logical and objective.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management.
  • Resilient, determined, driven and inspired to achieve challenging targets.
