Fitness and Customer Service Champion

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide an outstanding experience for every member and guest in our club.
- To support sales and retention through excellent customer service, ensuring members feel valued and supported.
- To maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards, contributing to a safe and healthy environment.
- To be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed and ensuring seamless operations.
- To stay up-to-date with membership software and participate in fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus areas.
- To collaborate with the Fitness Manager on Gym Floor initiatives and ensure familiarity with products and services offered.
- To prioritize cleanliness of facilities, taking an active role in upkeep and supporting the team.
- To drive secondary spend KPI targets and address member complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- A positive and outgoing personality with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Competence in administrative duties and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Drive and ambition, coupled with a keen interest in fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts and take on additional duties to support colleagues.
- Target-focused approach to contribute to sales and retention goals.
