At The Estée Lauder Companies, we are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Experience Professional to join our team in Canterbury. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our clients.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with variable shifts, offering a competitive industry salary of approximately £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a commission scheme, annual leave, family leave, product discount, mental health wellbeing initiatives, benefits platform, work life connections, and extensive training and development opportunities.
