Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Services Professional to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a technology environment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary. You will also be required to log issues and tasks on our system, ensuring it remains up-to-date. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers via email, phone, online calls, or internal systems.

What We Offer:
