Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy branch environment.
  • Accurately process transactions and amendments on various types of savings accounts.
  • Handle large sums of cash.
  • Open new savings accounts.
  • Perform daily banking within the branch.
  • Oversee G4S collections and deliveries.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers.


Work Arrangements

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The working hours are 35 hours per week, between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm, with a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am-12.30pm. Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked.



Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in cash handling.
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
