Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy branch environment.
- Accurately process transactions and amendments on various types of savings accounts.
- Handle large sums of cash.
- Open new savings accounts.
- Perform daily banking within the branch.
- Oversee G4S collections and deliveries.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers.
Work Arrangements
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The working hours are 35 hours per week, between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm, with a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am-12.30pm. Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience in cash handling.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
