Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as our Senior Wastewater Project Manager. This role will be responsible for managing wastewater planning, permitting, design, and construction projects, as well as other watershed management activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage wastewater planning, permitting, design, and construction projects
- Assist the Wastewater Superintendent with the management and technical affairs of the Wastewater Division
- Develop and implement Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plans and Watershed Management Plans for multiple watersheds in Falmouth
- Supervise the equivalent of ten or fewer full-time employees in the absence of the Wastewater Superintendent
- Prepare various reports, including those required to maintain state regulatory compliance
- Review plans and permits for private project wastewater projects, including connections and connection modifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an environmental focus, environmental engineering, or a related field
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater or utility system design, planning, management, and/or operations
- Municipal experience and experience with planning and permitting are preferred
