Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wastewater Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing wastewater planning, permitting, design, and construction projects, as well as other watershed management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation of Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plans and Watershed Management Plans for multiple watersheds in Falmouth.
  • Supervise the equivalent of ten or fewer full-time employees in the absence of the Wastewater Superintendent.
  • Maintain detailed wastewater project records, prepare various associated reports, and prepare and present public presentations regarding Wastewater Division activities and plans.
  • Review plans and permits for private project wastewater projects, including connections and connection modifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an environmental focus, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater or utility system design, planning, management, and/or operations.
  • Municipal experience and experience with planning and permitting are preferred.
