We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wastewater Project Manager to join our team at Tighe & Bond, Inc. in Falmouth, MA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater management, planning, and operations, with experience in project management, computer skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with the public and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage wastewater planning, permitting, design, and construction projects
  • Develop and implement Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plans and Watershed Management Plans
  • Supervise a team of wastewater professionals
  • Maintain detailed wastewater project records and prepare reports for state regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and present public presentations regarding Wastewater Division activities and plans
  • Review plans and permits for private project wastewater projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an environmental focus, environmental engineering, or a related field
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater or utility system design, planning, management, and/or operations
  • Municipal experience and experience with planning and permitting are preferred
