About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Nearshore Team at the Falmouth, Cornwall Hub. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, delivery, and management of nearshore site investigation projects from tender award to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery phase, supervising Nearshore drill teams and engineers on exciting projects both in the UK and abroad, with a mix of on-site and office-based work.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards set by Fugro and our clients, drafting method statements, risk assessments, and lift plans to facilitate efficient and safe operations, fostering a positive health and safety culture.
  • Identify business opportunities and demonstrate strong financial awareness, reflecting on profit, loss, and added value.
  • Empower, motivate, and connect people, creating a positive impact.
Requirements
  • A comprehensive understanding of all project phases and possess strong people management skills.
  • An active involvement in preparing and delivering projects, demonstrating curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities as challenges arise.
  • A sound knowledge of commercial practices, contract management, and the ability to provide insightful assessments on key business deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software is essential.
