Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as our Senior Wastewater Project Manager. This role will be responsible for managing wastewater planning, permitting, design, and construction projects, as well as other watershed management activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the development and implementation of Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plans and Watershed Management Plans for multiple watersheds in Falmouth.
- Supervise the equivalent of ten or fewer full-time employees in the absence of the Wastewater Superintendent.
- Maintain detailed wastewater project records and prepare various associated reports, including those required to maintain state regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present public presentations regarding Wastewater Division activities and plans at day or evening meetings of various committees, boards, and agencies.
- Review plans and permits for private project wastewater projects, including connections and connection modifications.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an environmental focus, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater or utility system design, planning, management, and/or operations.
- Municipal experience and experience with planning and permitting are preferred.
