Wastewater Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as our Senior Wastewater Project Manager. This role will be responsible for managing wastewater planning, permitting, design, and construction projects, as well as other watershed management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development and implementation of Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plans and Watershed Management Plans for multiple watersheds in Falmouth.
- Supervise the equivalent of ten or fewer full-time employees in the absence of the Wastewater Superintendent.
- Maintain detailed wastewater project records, prepare various associated reports, and prepare and present public presentations regarding Wastewater Division activities and plans.
- Review plans and permits for private project wastewater projects, including connections and connection modifications.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an environmental focus, environmental engineering, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater or utility system design, planning, management, and/or operations. Municipal experience and experience with planning and permitting are preferred.
The ideal candidate has strong project management, computer, and organizational skills and the ability to work independently on long-term planning and management tasks and effectively and diplomatically communicate wastewater principles and projects to the general public and regulatory agencies.
