About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the front office team to meet hotel standards and customer satisfaction
  • Meet departmental expectations and targets
  • Participate in revenue and sales activities
  • Recruit and train new staff
  • Deal with guest enquiries and resolve customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
