Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with colleagues and management. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking-in guests, ensuring seamless and efficient check-in procedures.
- Facilitating guest departures by following established manual and computerized procedures.
- Calculating and posting monies, receipts, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Courteously answering inquiries and accepting reservations, promoting room nights and increasing occupancy.
- Maintaining good customer relations by keeping abreast of hotel functions and responding knowledgeably to queries.
- Controlling cash transactions at the front desk and managing personal bank accounts as per hotel policies.
- Contribution to department communications and operations through maintenance of information sources and assistance to other employees.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, along with the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in dealing directly with the public and demonstrating basic customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to handle diverse situations.
