Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in the ENT department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in voice disorders and head and neck cancer, and will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing swallow and communication disorders in the clinical specialisms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct FEES and videofluoroscopy examinations
  • Develop skills in SVR and instrumental assessment of voice
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach others, including students and other healthcare professionals
  • Teach and train
  • Participate in clinical governance activities, such as audit
  • Active participation in service developments
