Advanced Speech and Language Therapist in ENT and Voice

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced SLT in ENT, Voice and Head, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical services to patients with voice and swallow disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with voice and swallow disorders.
- Participate in Joint Voice and SLT led endoscopy clinics, FEES, and videofluoroscopy examinations.
- Develop and implement innovative clinical services, including virtual services for voice patients.
- Supervise and mentor SLT and ENT colleagues, and provide teaching and training.
- Contribute to clinical governance activities, such as audit and service development.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist who:
- Is registered with the HCPC and RCSLT.
- Has appropriate knowledge, skills, and experience in voice and swallow disorders.
- Has evidence of having undertaken own development to improve understanding of equalities issues.
- Has championed diversity in previous roles (as appropriate to role).
