Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth within a UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage a portfolio of accounts, including pricing, margin considerations, and order process management.
  3. Follow up on quotations and maintain a sales pipeline.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries.
  5. Proactively develop new business opportunities within the UK region.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service office environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills, including phone and email.
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  4. Attention to detail to manage order processes.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  6. Previous B2B/telesales experience.
  7. Knowledge of the building, construction, or technical manufacturing industry is beneficial.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm, with a 30-minute early finish on Fridays.
