  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Respond to customer requests and generate accurate quotations in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback and identify sales opportunities for other specialist roles within the company
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and sales follow-up
  • Contribute to sales initiatives related to new products and offers, with timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Prepare accurate sales order documentation to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about technological developments to discuss potential benefits with customers and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a targeted sales environment with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Previous experience in an IT environment, an IT qualification, or a keen interest in technology to effectively communicate with customers
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering first-class customer service
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple customer interactions and sales opportunities

What We Offer:

Salary Range: 27,000 - 32,000, dependent upon experience, plus monthly commission
