Strategic Sales Growth Specialist

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team at Carwow Group. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving our expansion into the automotive retail market, forging and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading automotive retail groups, and mentoring and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and individual sales contributions within the automotive retail industry. They will also possess a strong understanding of the automotive retail landscape and dealership operations, as well as experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales tools, processes, and training to enhance team performance.
- Performance Management: Set and track sales targets, analyse sales performance metrics, and provide regular performance feedback.
